* Children in Morwyr Bach are to enter school via the gate opposite the Flying Start/Cylch Meithrin Y Delyn building.

* Children in Hwylio, Goleudy and Trochi, are to enter via the pedestrian gate which is situated to the left of the main entrance gate to the car park.

 

Breakfast Club

If your child attends Breakfast Club, they must enter school via the Nursery Gate which is opposite the Flying Start/Clych Meithrin Y Delyn building between 8.10am and 8.30am.

The gate will be locked at 8.30am.

Breakfast Club places must be booked in advance via a Google Form which will be sent out to parents in July, ready for the start of the new academic year in September.

If at any point throughout the year, you no longer require a place at Breakfast Club for your child(ren) please email or telephone the main office.

If your child(ren) will be starting with us midway through the year, we will discuss Breakfast Club with you at your first meeting with us. Please let us know as soon as possible if you will require a place.

 

End of the School Day

Children travelling by bus (either school transport or Hafan Hael after-school provision) will be taken to their transport by a member of staff at 3pm.

Children being collected by a parent or guardian will be released by their class teachers once the buses have safely departed.

Morwyr Bach will be released from the same gate in which they enter at 2.55pm to give parents enough time to get to the pedestrian gate ready to collect older siblings at 3.00pm.

Parents are responsible for their child(ren)’s safety once they have been transferred to their care at the end of the day. Staff are not responsible for pupils after 3.00pm unless they are attending an after-school activity on site.

If you are likely to be late collecting your child(ren) please telephone the main office as soon as possible.
