All children should arrive at school through the gates opposite 'Flying Start/Cylch Meithrin Y Delyn'. If for any reason the pupils arrive later than usual, parents should accompany them to the main reception.

 

Breakfast Club

If your child attends Breakfast Club, we ask that they are accompanied by an adult to main reception between 8.10am and 8.30am.

The gate will be locked at 8.30am.

Breakfast Club places must be booked in advance via a Google Form which will be sent out to parents in July, ready for the start of the new academic year in September.

If at any point throughout the year, you no longer require a place at Breakfast Club for your child(ren) please email or telephone the main office.

If your child(ren) will be starting with us midway through the year, we will discuss Breakfast Club with you at your first meeting with us. Please let us know as soon as possible if you will require a place.

 

End of the School Day

Children travelling by bus (either school transport or Hafan Hael after-school provision) will be taken to their transport by a member of staff at 3pm.

Children being collected by a parent or guardian will be released by their class teachers at the appropriate gates at 3.00pm.

Morwyr Bach will be released from the same gate in which they enter at 2.55pm to give parents enough time to get to the pedestrian gate ready to collect older siblings at 3.00pm.

Parents are responsible for their child(ren)’s safety once they have been transferred to their care at the end of the day. Staff are not responsible for pupils after 3.00pm unless they are attending an after-school activity on site.

If you are likely to be late collecting your child(ren) please telephone the main office as soon as possible.

If someone different is collecting your child at the end of the day (e.g. A different family member than usual or another pupil's parent) please notify the school beforehand.
